Back from the Dr.'s...

*R*

Hello everyone! First, thank you all sooo much for all of your prayers! I really appreciate them! :) It's nice to have friends that care about me! :D

Now, after my hours at the Dr. because we were there a little too early because we were dropped off by a friend, I had an ultrasound of my neck area where my thyroid gland is. Then we had to wait around for my Dr. to arrive (about 1-1/2 -2 hours later...) and tell me what's what and check my heart and blood pressure again, which is also fine. :)

I have to now go and see a specialist. They did not find anything 'on' my thyroid gland, Praise God, but it is swollen and so I am going to go to a specialist so that they can make sure that I can get better quickly and get the right medication and so on. So please continue to pray for me and my health at this time and for my stress level, etc. Evidently, this could have led to cancer, and it doesn't look like I will have to deal with that so I am sooo happy about that! :) And thankful that I got the tonsillitis now, because it wouldn't have been caught until later when I started having problems with it or something farther down the road. Instead, it is able to be taken care of now. :)

I am soo tired now from having been out all afternoon and the stress of finding our bus (that's kind of funny now that I think of it though, Lol!). Mom and I walked up and down the street looking for 6th street! Back and forth, but finally we found it before the next bus arrived and we are home safe now. :)

Okay, I am going to go lie down and watch a movie or something before dinner. Thank you all again!

Love and Blessings!

I'm so glad everything went well! I would have been terrified if I was told I needed to get an ultrasound of my neck!

I'll continue to pray that your visit with the specialist would go well.

God bless!

Your friend,
Paulina

It sounds like tonsilitis was never such a good and wonderful thing to be thankful for. Keep us posted on the next round of tests. :) Praying!

Yes I will keep everyone updated! Thank you for your comments and prayers ladies! :)

Annette, yes, it's amazing how God changes my complaining to joy so quickly sometimes! :) Lol!

Paulina, yes, actually I was a little afraid, but I knew it wouldn't hurt me (seen my mom have ultrasounds before), so I just tried to relax. :) The shot I might have to get at the specialist's has me more scared! ;) Lol!

Jen, thank you for the hugs dear friend! :D

Blessings to you all!

Dear Rachel,

It sounds like you've been going through a lot here lately... I'm so sorry! Praise God that "It" wasn't cancer, although if it had been, I would have gladly shared with you several natural things my mom has used to succesfully make cancer go away in the past.

I'm praying for you, dear sister~
